Requirements and necessary documents for domestic natural persons to directly apply for trademark registration?

When a natural person applies for registration of a trademark directly, he/she shall submit the following documents: the printed “Application for Registration of Trademarks” filled in and signed by the applicant in accordance with the provisions, the trademark sample, a copy of the individual-owned business license, a copy of the natural person’s ID card, and a copy of the agent’s ID card. A natural person can only apply for registration of a trademark directly for his or her self-employed agricultural and sideline products. A copy of the contract shall be submitted upon application.
