Materials required for foreigners to register trademarks in
A foreigner or a foreign enterprise that has entrusted a trademark agency to handle trademark registration shall provide the following materials:
1. Power of attorney for trademark registration agency. 2. Submitting the main business qualification certificate (enterprise qualification certificate) signed by the applicant or sealed by the enterprise. 3. Application for trademark registration. 4. A clear sample of the trademark. Note: If the trademark to be registered is a portrait of a person, a notarized declaration document is required that the person with the portrait right has consented to use the portrait as a trademark to be registered.
