Overview: Luneng Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002, and was a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Grid Corporation of China. In July 2014, Luneng group and its subsidiaries in Beijing reached a cooperation agreement and signed the annual trademark consulting service contract with Dorunto Intellectual Property Service Co, Ltd. through public bidding. Dorunto became the general agency of Luneng Group Co., Ltd. in the next year. In 2015, Luneng and Dorunto Brand Service made a contract renewal successfully and reached a long-term strategic partnership.
